All orders placed with BoldLoft constitutes the acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions listed below.

PAYMENT OPTIONS
We accept PayPal, Visa/Master Card, American Express and Discover Card.

We also accept certified check, bank draft and personal check in US currency only. All checks are payable to “BoldLoft”. All returned checks are subject to a $25.00 charge.

In accordance with our payment terms, all in-stock items are charged FULL at the time of the order. Out-of-Stock or Pre-Order items are charged 50% at the time of the order, with the remaining balance charged at the time of the shipment is ready.

All merchandises shall remain the property of BoldLoft until paid for in full. All prices, materials, designs, and specifications are subjected to change without notice.

SALES TAX
Under Florida state law, we are required to charge 7.0% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Florida. This charge will be automatically added to your order when you check out.

ORDER PROCESSING
All complete, ready-to-ship, verified, and approved orders will be shipped within 3 business days. Email notifications will confirm and advise you the status of your order. Our Automated Order Status Site will allow you to check the status of your order once it has been processed.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
All items will be shipped according to availability. If items are not readily available, we will try our best to expedite all orders as quickly as possible. BoldLoft will not be held responsible for long delays beyond our control.

BACK ORDER
If an item is not in stock, we will hold a Back Order for you and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. If we experience a long delay, we will advise you of that fact. If you do not wish to wait for back ordered items, we will cancel the items you requested upon receiving instructions to do so.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY
All orders will be shipped via USPS to the confirmed delivery address unless otherwise requested.

  • USPS Priority Mail is our standard shipping method.
  • Packages are delivered in an average of 3-5 days to any destination in US.
  • Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
  • Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $150.00.
  • We ship to billing address only for shipments over $150.00.

  • Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers.
  • 1-2 business day for delivery.
  • No weekend delivery. We do not offer Saturday Delivery Service.

  • If you would like to have your shipment to be delivered in a specific date, please notify us either by email or by calling us as soon as you place your order. BoldLoft will not be held responsible for any delivery delays beyond our control.

    Additional service fees may apply for the following:
    -Incorrect delivery address
    -Miss delivery or pick up schedule
    -Special delivery circumstances
    -Shipment refusal


    Sorry, we cannot deliver to P.O. Box, APO, and FPO locations.

    INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
    We do accept orders from outside the continental United States. Expected shipping time for international orders is 2 to 6 weeks (may take 8 to 12 weeks due to customs delays). International shipping times are not guaranteed. International orders may require additional charges and some restrictions apply.

    Please be aware that our quotes for international orders do not include any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees or import consumption taxes. You will be required to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery of your merchandise. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.

    RETURNS & EXCHANGES
    BoldLoft offers a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your selection, please return it and BoldLoft will promptly refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable. For Free Ship order, we will refund you the cost of the item MINUS the original shipping charges. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. The return & exchange instructions are as follow:

    1. Returns cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date.
    2. Clearances items are sold as is and are not subject to return, except for damaged or defective merchandise.
    3. Products eligible for return must be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and contain all original product packaging and accessories. Products must be repackaged properly in the original packaging. Products not in original condition will not be accepted for return.
    4. RETURN AUTHORIZATION NUMBER must be issued before any returns can be made. Contact BoldLoft by email or call us at 813-956-1512. Monday thru Friday, 10am - 6pm EST for a Return Authorization Number prior to returning the product. Products will not be accepted without a Return Authorization Number.
    5. The R.A. number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim.
    6. Indicate your Return Authorization Number on the packing slip and include your packing slip with your return.
    7. Please write the R.A. number clearly on the outside of your returning package.
    8. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured directly to BoldLoft. The return must be received by BoldLoft 10 calendar days after the R.A. number has been issued.
    9. If the return or exchange is due to our fault, we will pay for the cost of shipping. Please contact us at (813)956-1512, Monday thru Friday, 10am - 6pm EST for return authorization and instructions.

    Regardless of where your package was shipped, returns must be delivered to the address above. Returns made to any other address may not be refunded or could result in additional fees.

    To make sure every return is handled properly, please allow at least two weeks for your return to be processed and completed.

    CANCELLATIONS
    Once an item has shipped, cancellation will not be permitted. Shipment refusal for reasons other than damage, defect, or mis-shipment may result in a 25% refusal penalty fee.

    Requests to cancel your order can be accepted by calling customer support at (813)956-1512 or by emailing us at Sales@Boldloft.com.


    If we were not able to cancel your order and it has already been shipped, please do not refuse the shipment as this could result in cancellation fees being assessed. Please contact Customer Support for return instructions.

    All special orders must be prepaid. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items.

    DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
    If you receive damaged merchandise, we will strive to make the replacement process quick and easy. Be sure to notify both the carrier and BoldLoft within 24 hours of delivery to report the damage. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. BoldLoft will pay the return shipping fee for products that are received damaged.

    DISCLAIMER
    Colors of products on website may vary slightly from actual color due to photography, scanning, etc. All items are bought in new factory condition.

    BoldLoft, employees, and associates are not liable for any damage or personal injury caused from any products sold or given by BoldLoft, employees, and associates.

    BoldLoft reserves the right to change our refund, shipping, cancellation, and any policy at any time for any reason.
