Step I. Obtain the Return Merchant Authorization(RMA)number:
- 1. Log onto your account on our website.
- 2. On the Order History page, click on a specific order you would like to return or exchange.
- 3. Click on “Return or Exchange This Order” at the lower right of the Order Infomation page.
- 4. Select the item(s) you would like to exchange or return.
- 5. For exchanges, please select the new item(s) from the list. For returns, be sure to tell us your return reason.
- 6. To exchange different size of T-shirt, select the same T-shirt from the exchange item list and then select your desired size(s) from the pull down menus.
- 7. Confirm your delivery address for your exchanges. Please update the address if necessary.
- 8. Submit your RMA request.
**Please note RMA number must be issued before any returns can be made. Products will not be accepted without a RMA number.**
Step II. Pack your order:
- 1. After submitting your RMA request, you should receive a RMA number by email within 24-48 hours.
- 2. Repack the unused items in the original packaging or a sturdy box.
- 3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your returning package.
- 4. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured directly to BoldLoft.

. Returns made to any other address may not be refunded or could result in additional fees.
Step III. Return/Exchange Process:
- 1. To make sure every return is handled properly, please allow us at least two weeks for your returns/exchanges to be processed and completed.
- 2. For Free Ship orders, we will refund you the cost of the item(s) MINUS the original shipping cost. Your original shipping charges will be calculated as follow:

- 3. Customer is responsible to pay for the shipping charge for exchanges. Standard domestic shipping will be provided free of charge on your new order. For international orders, we will email you the returning shipping charges prior sending your exchange orders.
- 4. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase.
By submitting your request, you’ve agreed our Conditions of Return/ Exchanges:
- 1. Original shipping charges and gift wrapping service are non-refundable.
- 2. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date.
- 3. Clearances items are sold as is and are not subject to return, except for damaged or defective merchandise.
- 4. Products eligible for returns or exchanges must be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and contain all original product packaging, accessories, and any garment tags still attached. We reserve the right to deny a refund/ exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet our return/ exchange policy requirements.
- 5. The RMA number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim.
- 6. The returns must be received by BoldLoft 10 calendar days after the RMA number has been issued.
- 7. All returns are subject to a $5 per item restocking fee.
- 8. All exchanges are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged further.
