What is the transit time and cost to ship to my country?

Do you ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses?

Yes we do ship to APO/FPO/DPO addressed. APO, FPO, DPO and other military base addresses are not considered international addresses. If you are planning to ship to this type of address you should select "United States"as your shipping country during checkout.

Please note: Express services are not available to all APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

How can I track my shipment?

We will send you an order tracking email after your order is shipped. Depends on the shipping carriers and shipping methods, real time parcel tracking may not available . If 20 working days have passed and you have still not received your parcel, please contact Customer Service for assistance. Please note international shipping time is not guaranteed regardless how to ship. Delay may usually due to custom clearance or severe weather conditions.

Which currency is displayed on the website?

Prices shown on the Site are in US Dollars. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in US Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

Please be aware that our quotes for international orders do not include any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees or import consumption taxes. You may require to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery of your merchandise. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.
