Terms & Conditions

All orders placed with BoldLoft constitutes the acknowledgment and acceptance of all conditions listed below.

We accept Visa, Master Card, Discover Card, and American Express. No checks accepted.

In accordance with our payment terms, all orders are authorized full at the time of the order. Out-of-Stock or Pre-Order items won’t be charged at the time of the order. All orders are charged FULL at the time of the shipment is ready.

All merchandises shall remain the property of BoldLoft until paid for in full. All prices, materials, designs, and specifications are subjected to change without notice.

Under Florida state law, we are required to charge 7.0% sales tax on all orders shipped within the state of Florida. This charge will be automatically added to your order when you check out.

All items will be shipped according to availability. If items are not readily available, we will try our best to expedite all orders as quickly as possible. BoldLoft will not be held responsible for long delays beyond our control.

If an item is not in stock, we will hold a Back Order for you and ship the item as soon as it becomes available. If we experience a long delay, we will advise you of that fact. If you do not wish to wait for back ordered items, we will cancel the items you requested upon receiving instructions to do so.


Prices shown on the Site are in US Dollars. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in US Dollars, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.

Orders are processed and shipped on business days only (Monday through Friday, excluding Holidays). Orders placed on Holidays or Weekend Days will be processed the following business day.

Orders that require Express Shipping Services will processed the same business day if they are received before 12:00pm EST. Any orders received after this cut off time will not be shipped until the next regular business day. Customers should not count the day an order ships as a shipping day. Business days would be considered Monday through Friday excluding US Holidays.

All complete, ready-to-ship, verified, and approved orders will be shipped within 3 business days.

Email notifications will confirm and advise you the status of your order. Please log on and go to your account for your account for order history and updates. 

If you ordered several items to be delivered to the same address, we will make every effort to send all items together. If we are unable to fulfill your order in one shipment, we may send them to you in separate packages to complete the fulfillment of your order. We will also send you an email informing you of the status of your order.

Cancel or Change An Order

Your order begins processing immediately after you click Submit Order. You have 1 hour to change or cancel your order after you have placed it. To make changes to your order, you must email our Customer Support within 1 hour of placement. We do not accept verbal change orders. Please note during the time between Christmas and Valentine's Day, it may not be possible to modify or change existing orders even within 1 hour of placement. Any changes made to your order may delay your order processing time by one business day. 

Please note we will ship your order exactly to the address that you put in as the "Ship To" address, so please make sure that you put in a correct shipping address. We are not responsible for any non-delivery due to incorrect/invalid shipping address is provided. If your package is not successfully delivered, it will be returned to the warehouse and you will be contacted via email for Shipment Return Notification.

If you entered the wrong address, our ability to change your order without you incurring any shipping/restocking fees depends on whether you inform us of the mistake before the order is processed/shipped. 

To change the shipping address on your Pending order, you must EMAIL to us within 1 hour of placement. If your order is returned to us due to incorrect shipping address and you want us to reship your order, you will have to pay the applicable shipping charges.

This policy is only provided when the entire shipment is returned and received by BOLDLOFT. No refunds will be granted if the customer provides us with an incorrect shipping address and the shipment is never returned to our warehouse.

1. Shipping to USA
- We offer Free Standard Shipping for orders over $40 to all 50 states and the District of Columbia. 
2. Shipping to Canada
-Free standard shipping on orders over US$70.00. Enjoy US $28.00 Flat Rate Express Shipping on all orders. 
3. International Orders
-Aren't eligible for free shipping. Now offer Worldwide DHL Express Shipping (deliver in 3-6 business days). Special rates on DHL Express Shipping to Australia and New Zealand. 
-Please refer to our International Orders for details. 

All orders will be shipped by variety carriers to the confirmed delivery address unless otherwise requested. We also deliver to P.O. Box, APO, and FPO locations.

1. Standard Shipping

  • Ground shipping offered by our selected carriers is our standard shipping method.
  • All ground orders are processed within 72 hours. Please note delivery dates are based off of estimates given by DHL, FedEx, USPS and UPS and are not exact. Delivery dates may be longer during the holidays. Actual delivery may take longer.
  • Business days would be considered Monday through Friday excluding US Holidays.
  • For Free Shipping-Packages are delivered in an average of 5-8 business days to any destination in US.
  • For Expedited Shipping-Packages are delivered in an average of 3-5 business days to any destination in US.
  • There is no guarantee time of delivery date on standard ground shipments.
  • Deliveries to Alaska and Hawaii may take longer.
  • Signature upon delivery required for shipments over $100.00.
  • For orders over $100.00, we only ship to the credit card holder’s billing address.

  • 2. Express Shipping
  • Items may be shipped by a variety of carriers.
  • Express Shipping Services will processed the same business day (excluding Saturday, Sunday and public holidays) if they are received before 12:00pm EST.
  • Any orders received after this cut off time will not be shipped until the next regular business day.
  • 1-2 business day for delivery. Customers should not count the day an order ships as a shipping day. Business days would be considered Monday through Friday excluding US Holidays.
  • Not available for orders shipping to PO Boxes, U.S. Territories and APO/FPO addresses.
  • All carriers require SIGNATURE at time of delivery on all Express shipments.
  • For orders over $100.00, we only ship to the credit card holder’s billing address.

  • If you would like to have your shipment to be delivered in a specific date, please notify us either by email as soon as you place your order. In the event of severe weather conditions (winter storms, natural disasters, etc), some shipments (both Ground and Express orders) may experience unavoidable delays. BoldLoft will not be held responsible for any delivery delays beyond our control. All orders are shipped exactly to the address that you put in as the "Ship To" address. All shipping address labels are automatically generated by the system based on the info you provided on your order. We are not responsible for any non-delivery due to incorrect shipping address is provided. The responsibility of the seller ceases when goods have been delivered to freight company. All claims for damage and non-delivery orders must be made to the carrier. For Free Ship order, customer is responsible for shipping charges to reship the order due to incorrect information provided. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

    We are not responsible for any delay or non-delivery due to the following reasons and additional service fees may apply:-Incorrect delivery address-Miss delivery or pick up schedule-Special delivery circumstances-Shipment refusal

    We do accept orders from outside the continental United States. Please be advised that customer must provide an address written in English. We are not responsible for the loss or non-delivery order with shipping address written in foreign characters. Expected shipping time for international orders is 6 to 21 business days (exclude Saturday, Sunday and public holidays and may take up to 4 weeks for delivery).

    Delivery transit days to the recipient will vary depending upon the destination. Unfortunately parcel tracking is only available in the US. International shipping times (both ground and express shipments) are not guaranteed. Please note delivery dates are based off of estimates given by the shipping carriers and are not exact. Actual delivery time might take longer. Delay may usually due to custom clearance. International orders may require additional charges and some restrictions apply.

    Please be aware that our quotes for international orders do not include any applicable duty, value added taxes (VAT), brokerage fees or import consumption taxes. You may require to pay the duty or VAT upon delivery of your merchandise. Due to import duty valuation adjustments and currency valuations, we are unable to provide an estimate for duty or VAT.

    BoldLoft offers a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your selection, please return it and BoldLoft will promptly refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. A RMA number is required before a product can be returned for refund or exchange. Products that are returned without an RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date. Clearances items are sold as is and are not subject to return, except for damaged or defective merchandise. Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any special offers or free shipping offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. For Free Ship order, we will refund you the cost of the item MINUS the original shipping charges. Pillowcases, body pillowcases, coffee mugs, and drinking glasses must be accompanied by the original boxes, which must be unmarked, without postal labels. and in its original condition. $6.95 re-box fees are charged when item is returned in a damaged packaging box, or without the original packaging box.     Instructions for Return & Exchange

    We do not provide pre-paid shipping labels for general returns. Customer is responsible to pay for the shipping charges for returns or exchanges. This is customer’s responsibility to track and confirm delivery of your return or exchange orders via your shipping carriers. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received. We do not provide any update on receiving your return or exchange orders. Email will be automatically sent once your request is being processed. Please allow at least 2 weeks, from the date we receive your shipment, to process your return or exchange request.

    Price Adjustments
    We offer a one-time price adjustment if an item is marked down within ten (10) days of your order date. To obtain a price adjustment on your purchase, you must send us an email within the ten (10) day window. Include your order number in your email message. If you are within the deadline, we will refund you the difference in your original form of payment. Items originally purchased on sale are not eligible for price adjustments.

    You have 1 hour to change/cancel your order after you have placed it. To make changes to your order, you must email our Customer Support during our business hours. We do not accept verbal change orders. Orders that are processed or shipped (fulfilled) cannot be cancelled. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause.     If we were not able to cancel your order and it has already been shipped, please do not refuse the shipment as this could result in cancellation fees being assessed. Shipment refusal for reasons other than damage, defect, or mis-shipment may result in a 25% refusal penalty fee. Please contact Customer Support for return instructions.

    All special orders must be prepaid. No cancellations, refunds, or exchanges on special order items.

    If you receive damaged/ wrong merchandise, we will strive to make the replacement process quick and easy. Be sure to notify both the carrier and BoldLoft within 72 hours of delivery to report the damage or wrong shipment. We will not send replacement if damage/ wrong shipment is reported beyond 72 hours report period. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for carrier inspection. You must provide pictures of damaged/wrong items as well. BoldLoft will pay the return shipping fee for products that are received damaged or wrong.

    You are entitled to return products delivered to you in the event that they are defective or wrong when you received them. We will email you a free shipping label to return the damaged or incorrect item. You can do so within 10 business days after you notice us; however, to avoid being charged for keeping the original order, send the damaged/incorrect item back with the provided shipping label no later than the stated due date. In the event your claim is justified, the purchase price and the shipping costs will be refunded.

    If you're missing an item from your package, check your order summary to verify all the items in your order were shipped in the same parcel. At times, we may split your order into multiple shipments (at no additional cost to you) if the items are being shipped from different fulfillment centers. Otherwise, you must report the shortage to us within 24 hours of the delivery. We will not send replacement if the shortage is reported beyond 24 hours report period. Please keep all shipping cartons and all packing materials for inspection.

    All of the Content you see on the website, including, for example, all of the page headers, images, illustrations, graphics, and text, are subject to trademark, copyright and/or other intellectual property rights held by BoldLoft. The entire Content of this website is copyrighted as a collective work under U.S. copyright laws, and BoldLoft owns a copyright in the selection, coordination, arrangement and enhancement of the Content.

    No right, title or interest in any downloaded materials is transferred to you as a result of any such downloading. BoldLoft reserves complete title and full intellectual property rights in any Content you download from this website.

    Any unauthorized use or modification of the materials on the site may violate copyright laws, trademark laws, the laws of privacy and publicity, contract, and communications regulations and statutes and any other applicable laws. BoldLoft expressly reserves all rights and remedies available under said law, regulations and statutes.

    Reproduction of any part of this website other than BoldLoft’s own specifically authorized site or affiliates is prohibited.     BoldLoft is committed to aggressively fighting counterfeiting, piracy, and copyright and trademark violations. If you find any product, company or individual that uses any BoldLoft’s artworks, characters, images or patterns in any way, we ask that you notify us by sending us an email.

    Colors of products on website may vary slightly from actual color due to photography, scanning, monitor display settings, etc. All items are bought in new factory condition.

    BoldLoft, employees, and associates are not liable for any damage or personal injury caused from any products sold or given by BoldLoft, employees, and associates.

    BoldLoft reserves the right to change our refund, shipping, cancellation, and any policy at any time for any reason.
