Return & Exchange Policy

Step I. Obtain the Return Merchant Authorization(RMA)number:

**Please note RMA number must be issued before any returns can be made. Products will not be accepted without a RMA number. Products that are returned without an RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender.**


Step II. Pack your order:
  • 1. After submitting your RMA request, you should receive a RMA number by email within 24-48 hours.
  • 2. Repack the unused items in the original packaging or a sturdy box.
  • 3. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of your returning package.
  • 4. Returns must be shipped prepaid and insured directly to BoldLoft.
  • 5. Ship returns and exchanges to:

Important Note: Regardless of where your package was shipped, returns must be delivered to the address above. Returns made to any other address may not be refunded or could result in additional fees.


Step III. Return/Exchange Process:
  • 1. To make sure every return is handled properly, please allow us at least two weeks for your returns/exchanges to be processed and completed.
  • 2. Customer is responsible to pay for the shipping charge for exchanges. Standard domestic shipping will be provided free of charge on your new order. For international orders, we will email you the returning shipping charges prior sending your exchange orders.
  • 3. Refunds will be made using the mode of payment used in the original purchase.

By submitting your request, you’ve agreed our Conditions of Return/ Exchanges:
      • 1. Original shipping charges and gift wrapping service are non-refundable.
      • 2. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date.
      • 3. Clearances items are sold as is and are not subject to return, except for damaged or defective merchandise.
      • 4. Products eligible for returns or exchanges must be new, unused, unwashed, unaltered, and contain all original product packaging, accessories, and any garment tags still attached. We reserve the right to deny a refund/ exchange if the returned merchandise does not meet our return/ exchange policy requirements.
      • 5. The RMA number does not imply a replacement or refund, but only that we will inspect the merchandise based on your claim.
      • 6. The returns must be received by BoldLoft 10 calendar days after the RMA number has been issued.
      • 7. Pillowcases, body pillowcases, coffee mugs, and drinking glasses must be accompanied by the original packaging boxes, which must be unmarked, without postal labels. and in its original condition. $6.95 re-box fees are charged when item is returned in a damaged packaging box, or without the original packaging box.
      • 8. We do not accept returns of body wash or hand cream that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap).
      • 9. We cannot refund partial items in a kit or set. All items in the kit or set must be returned in its original conditions. Items must be unused, unwashed, and contain all original product packaging, gift box, and accessories.
      • 10. All exchanges are final, and cannot be returned or exchanged further.
      • 11. This is the customer's responsibility to track and confirm delivery of your return or exchange orders via your shipping carriers. In the event that you choose to forgo secured tracking, BoldLoft.com is not responsible for the package if it is lost or otherwise not received.
