Refund policy

BoldLoft offers a no-hassle return and exchange policy. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your selection, please return it and BoldLoft will promptly refund the purchase price or exchange it, whichever you prefer. A RMA number is required before a product can be returned for refund or exchange. Products that are returned without an RMA number may be refused and returned to the sender. Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted beyond 30 days from the original shipping date. Clearances items are sold as is and are not subject to return, except for damaged or defective merchandise. Unfortunately, original shipping charges are non-refundable. Any special offers or free shipping offers are subject to adjustment due to returns, cancellations, and exchanges. For Free Ship order, we will refund you the cost of the item MINUS the original shipping charges. Pillowcases, body pillowcases, coffee mugs, and drinking glasses must be accompanied by the original boxes, which must be unmarked, without postal labels. and in its original condition. We do not accept returns of body wash or hand cream that has been opened (taken out of its plastic wrap). We cannot refund partial items in a kit or set. All items in the kit or set must be returned in its original conditions. Items must be unused, unwashed, and contain all original product packaging, gift box, and accessories.
